I joined EY as a Consultant on May 12 and wanted to understand the appraisal and bonus cycle.

I’ve heard that I may not be eligible for either this September, but couldn’t find any official information, and this wasn’t clearly communicated during onboarding.

Can someone please confirm whether May joiners are eligible for appraisal or bonus in the same year?

It would be great if someone who is in the firm from past few years or know the process of this.

I’m waiting on an offer for what’s named IT Business Analyst but it’s also Salesforce Administrator work. The company is The Adecco group so they are fairly big. I have two years of Salesforce admin experience and in my interview they said my experience is perfect to what they are looking for

So my questions is, I think they are going to offer around 80k but I don’t think their going to be guaranteed bonuses with the offer. Should I negotiate a bonus to the salary or negotiate a higher salary?

What’s better? (Both in NYC)
1. agency: variety of some big brands, ability to build portfolio, lower salary

2. in-house: nothing fancy to show for portfolio, creating the voice for the brand, higher salary (30-50k higher)

I accepted an offer a few weeks ago at a consulting firm, I start mid April, but now I feel the salary is low and I should’ve negotiated more. Can I still negotiate even if I already signed the offer?

This will be my first time for increment cycle in IBM india. May I know how much I should be expecting or consider as a good numbers in hike of my salary?
