Currently I work for a small company that does the construction of small cell utility poles and roof top sites for the major cell carriers like VZW, T-mobile, AT&T and so on. I am a project coordinator but I do everything under the sun. Created project tracker. I just finished a big jury trial with a senior partner (SP). There were co-parties w/separate counsel. SP mentally checked out, to the point that co-counsel was asking what SP was doing/if SP was okay. I ended up handling most everything. SP did a few parts but went rogue and did things that were offensive/risky/bad for client. It became clear that SP is not performing like SP used to and may be a liability. Do I tell someone at my firm? Don’t want to offend SP or cause drama, but I’m concerned.

Does pwc sdc has "teams" and team meetings? Or we are supposed to wait for project allocation and that's the only team we will be working with? Joined pwc 15 days ago and so far I have only talked with my RL, coach and buddy once. No one is reaching out and even after 15 days, I don't know anyone from my team and have no one to talk to.
