How transferable is Strategic Planning/roadmapping to commercial strategy?

Looking to leave a govt job for a junior attorney role in a small workers comp defense firm. I have no experience in workers comp. How easy is it to learn the work and make 1850 billable hours? What future opportunities does this experience give?

I have an MSN with a focus in informatics. Recently got my board certification. 3.5 years experience as a nurse. 8 years total in healthcare. Becoming very frustrated with my organization and the slowness of our analysts in getting anything resolved. Feeling like I’m at a dead end and thinking about switching routes entirely. Had an interview for an associate position at Citi. Interviewee was based in London and I’m in NYC. The only interview time that worked was 6am. I was barely functioning and feel like I truly messed up in my answers because I couldn’t not think clearly. I have another with the head of the division next week again at 6am (pre determined before this interview). It was also hard because the division’s core work is private enough that there was not much prep I could do beforehand. Tips?
