Yeah you should have waited until the bonus hit your account
Unfortunately you’re conflating two issues. 1) you’re management is a bunch of a-holes. Completely understand why you want to bounce. Do those employees being mocked have a possible discrimination law suit opportunity? Maybe…2) regardless of your moral position, you’re an At Will employee who left on your own account. Just bc you expressed your displeasure and reasons for leaving doesn’t oblige the company to pay you anything. As a matter of fact, given your position, why would they?

At will employment and you chose to leave. You should have known you weren’t going to sniff that bonus.
What are the terms for earning/paying the bonus? If it's a yearly bonus based on the calendar year then most employers have bonus terms like you have to be employed as of the last date of bonus period or even on the date bonuses are paid.
They have most likely the right and yes it was silly from you not to look into it and time your departure to get that bonus first. Lesson learned.

For performing at and beyond the positions requirements? yes. For tolerating discrimination and disrespect? No. Laugh all you want, those 'laughing' at this post are just as bad and are part of the problem.

Because my performance for the job they hired me for was above and beyond what was asked of me. I earned it through long hours, sacrifices, and results. 'Being an ass and kissing leadership's ass' wasn't part of the job description that I agreed to.
The reason why you left is 100% irrelevant.
You most likely won’t see any money from your bonus and you should not see any money because you basically waived your right to be eligible.
However, some states require companies to pay the bonus if you worked for there the year before (US).
I left a job before and actually received some money for my bonus the year prior, but that’s the exception and not the rule.
You say you’ve given them until 2023 to find a replacement for you. Have they agreed to this? If so, what is the date that the bonus is disbursed compared to your last day at work?
If you’re employed when disbursed, you should have a conversation about receiving a bonus. If you leave before the bonus is disbursed, you lose out. “Must be present to win”

Don't understand why ppl react that way, probably they are reminded of past ethical traumas where they didn't stand up against the bully. Anyway, I would address this head on, they create a toxic work environment and that is why you had to quit. You can always get legal help, there might be a loophole in your contract.
Hope you find a better place. Also just quit and found out that I only got a partial bonus even though I'll end until the end of year as well!
