I just passed a phone screening for a Jr implementation specialist wfh role in San Francisco. (Fintech)

The HR manager and I had an amazing conversation and was very forthcoming with information.

I now have an interview w/ either the hiring manager and/or team.

I've heard that if you get past the screening, it shows they already want to hire you. Just doing ✔️ and balances for a culture fit.

Any tips for this? I have already done extensive research on the company and culture.

I’m actively job searching but not receiving ideal hits. I see a lot of senior level L&D roles but not as many for specialist roles, specifically in tech. I have 5.5 years of experience. Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.
