I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

I had my interview with Infosys for .net full stack developer.
It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.
4 YOE and 7 LPA currently

Any book recommendations?
Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

They most often pay out your 2 week notice, even if told to leave early, but they don’t have to. They can choose to end your paid employment the next day, but that’s extremely rare.
You are not due any severance, since you have resigned. Severance is when the employer terminates your employment, under favorable conditions, e.g. a layoff vs. theft.
Why did you say where you are going? Severance only applies if they lay you off. They might pay for the remainder of your 2 week notice but it is not guaranteed.
I got a fat raise too. Was planning to get paid out on a bunch of PTO that included the raise next month. Going to be upset if they fire me right now.
