Hi, intern here to crash the party... anyone know of Account Management jobs that might be coming open soon? I graduate in December and am frankly terrified — but I am enthusiastic!
My friend is looking for software engineer intern roles in Canada. He is currently a second year computer science student in University of Victoria. Please let me know if someone can refer him:) Happy to answer any other questions
Anyone looking for an associate strategist? I’ll even take an internship - I just need to get out of my current agency.
Any Alvarez & Marsal fishes willing to chat? Trying to land a pre-MSF internship. (Prospective Vandy MSF student)
I recently got an offer as an intern at EY and I currently have a felony for possession of Marijuana. should I disclose this to my recruiter after I receive the background check link? What steps should I make moving forward?
Out of curiosity, when do people take internship experience off their resume (in terms of years after college graduation)?
My sibling has an internship offer (an undergraduate student) for a satellite office of KPMG. Would anyone in the business tax division at KPMG be able to send me a message so I can ask a few questions?
How many years removed from grad school should one remove internship and academic experiences from resume and LinkedIn profile?
Anyone been through HireRight and can answer a quick question. Do they verify internships? I have 4 YOE and have an intern title from years ago that may come up as off (i.e. Risk Management Intern vs. Finance Intern) Will this be a huge flag? Should I proactively tell HR?
Hey y’all! So my team just hired a direct report for me. They’re joining as an AE (they have internship experience and we’re an AAE for 9mos). While I’ve always had levels under me who I’ve helped manage, train and oversee - I’ve never had a direct report. Someone who’s development is my responsibility. Any advice on how to be amazing for my AE?
Currently an undergraduate intern at Amazon looking to transition to MBB/T2 in NYC. I go to a semi-target on the west coast and but would love any help i can get. I have a 4.0 and I’m a STEM major - but last year when i recruited i didn’t get any 1R. anyone help?
Hey guys, super naive intern here! What’re the main differences between creative directors, associate creative directors, and executive creative directors?
I’m graduating with a masters in finance this fall. I just accepted an offer with Unilever as graduate finance intern. The problem is, i feel that I may be making a career mistake by entering the industry without having banking/consulting experience first. I’m just not sure if having that background vs. this career path with get me to a higher level in the long term. The FT offer will be an AFM. Prior to grad school, I worked 1 year in sales, 2 years in WM, and have a bachelors in economics. TY
Took over some comps worked by an intern... spreadsheet font is comic sans shit you not 🙄
Been only scheduling meetings from morning . Like do we honestly charge the clients 500 an hour for a glorified admin job? Am intern could do a lot better than calendar invites.
I got an offer for a PwC Management Consulting Internship in their Chicago office. I keep reading online that there is a signing bonus for this type of thing. Has anyone gotten a similar offer with a signing bonus or have any insight into this process from the PwC side of things?
Tip for young ones looking to go to BSchool. Put all your money in traditional 401k. Then when you go to bschool, and have zero wages for that year (maybe the internship), convert to Roth with very low income tax. Tax arbitrage right there! 💸💸💸
is it a red flag to you if your decently sized mid law firm has never once mentioned pro bono opportunities? we don’t have any kind of diversity initiative either and obviously i know how i feel about THAT. but was wondering how weird this part of it is.
Chicago area EA Fishes! I am backfilling my current role at Paradigm Healthcare. It is an EA role, with some HR responsibilities and a path to Chief of Staff. DM me if interested in specifics.
Why does PwC Law take almost 2 years as compared to other companies such as Apple, Google, Amazon etc. take only 1-1.5 years for the whole I140 approval process. Does all Big 4 make you wait for long to get your I140?
What are some exit opportunities people have gone for after leaving from a technical senior consultant role?
PwC being sued for fucking up a project and then falsifying expenses, stealing money to pay for prostitutes. Wow, between this and impending WSJ article, this firm is (deservedly) going up in flames. http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-ln-dwp-billing-20160630-snap-story.html

Anyone work at guidehouse and willing to chat and offer potential referral? Looking into healthcare project manager roles and have MPH with 3YOE. TIA!
How much notice do you give when you’re leaving? What mechanisms do you take into account — for example I have some folks reporting to me etc. Also the client project is just getting started. I feel bad about having onboarded and then I leave just like that. How many weeks notice do you give when leaving and what are the right things to do to avoid burning bridges?

Hello I'm currently a Consultant in my second year at Accenture. Prior to that I had 10 years in industry. I had an initial conversation with TCS regarding an Industry Advisor position. Second interview scheduled for this week. I currently have a comp of 120, told them I'd be looking at 160 which was not an issue.. With that said can anybody shed some insight on what the move to TCS would be as Industry Advisor from the consultant with Accenture? Is that a level between M and SM at Accenture?
