Had an interview with KPMG (manager) for an FRM Consultant position about three weeks back, she mentioned that I'd be a great addition to the team and is excited to work with me but I haven't heard back anything since. On contacting HR I got the standard "we'll let you know" response.

I’m currently interviewing for a hybrid Jr UX Designer role for a fragrance company. The compensation is between 70-80k. I searched the market rate in NYC and the salaries are between 103-120k. I assume this is based on the company, industry, and experience. I have a graphic design background with 10 years experience and have a springboard certification for UX. I don’t want to get low balled as I have been in the past. Is it unreasonable to ask for what’s market value when it’s a team of 5?

I typically did not indicate my full middle name. I want my license appears as "John T Doe".My current profile in state board only displays the initial of my middle name. Should I keep the same when sending in the cpa license application or indicate full middle name? The reason I am asking this because the partner of my firm (who signed off for my experience) has asked me to indicate full middle name. My driver license also show full middle name.
