I keep getting inmail from recruiters on LinkedIn for jobs where you need a comp sci degree such as process engineering, business analyst, process consultants etc. I have no background in comp sci and I work in investment banking. I made this clear in my profile but still get these in mail. Is it fine to ignore them? It’s just annoying because I am looking for another job, get excited about an in mail and find out it’s not what I want.

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

The pandemic took all the upside of an IB analyst life (client meetings in person, fancy trips, suit up, worshiped at networking events) and left all the juniors with the downside (long hours, monkey-like type of job, aggressive work environment).

Not that the complaints are not sort of legitimate but you may need to revise the decision-making process that led you to accept a return offer. Specially if you were looking for less hours.
