I recently interviewed for a AE role with an international company Home Office-Dubai, HR in NYC I interviewed with the recruiter & hiring manager at the same time; interview went well. I sent thank you notes and received a response saying they would let me know In a couple of days. I noticed they reposted the job and was bummed, but out of nowhere I received a email saying they are working on something on the backend and would have a answer for me soon! That was 2 wks ago not sure what to think

For context, I work from home and he does not, but he is also an attorney who needs a desk and space to be able to work from home when needed. Thoughts on two separate desks facing each other, on separate walls, along a single wall? The only thing that I think would be a little weird is if we were back to back, in case of my video calls for work

Firm has applied for my GC but i dont have an approved i140 yet. My GC application and my home office location is in state X. And i’m planning to move to a state Y which is under 50 miles from my old home location. So my question is, if I change the states but the new location is under 50 miles will that be a problem for my green card application?
