I have a third round interview this Thursday, but after I sent my availability, I booked a flight for work that is causing a problem. The interview ended up scheduled for 3:30-4:15, and I'm supposed to be on a 5pm flight out of LGA. Is there a reliably quiet place at LGA to do the interview (I don't have lounge access)? I have been stuck deciding between two offers (both in IC, but one is more program analysis -similar to consulting work but on the fed side, and actual analysis).

The program analysis offer is at a higher GS level and a more well known agency, but is not what I’m interested in.

Does anyone have any advice on how to make a decision? Go with what I want to do, or go with the more well known agency and higher gs?

Is there any advice for networking into projects when you don’t know many people at the firm yet? I always to help on BD work when I’m on the bench, but it never turns into any billable work. Every time I have talked to a partner/senior manager I was told I don’t have the skill set they’re looking for, but I don’t know how to build up from there. Feeing very lost but I want to improve my approach.

After a year using my home office setup, especially the 27 inch monitor, how can I ever go back to the traveling life with tiny laptop screen? 😔
