Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

Is anyone able to expand on the bonus structure at NetSuite, specifically as an ERP implementation consultant? I heard bonuses are quarterly, but I am curious about the typical percentages or amount.

I'm trying to frame my answer to the leadership question. I once talked to my mom about how I was selected as CEO in a group project. It was because of my strong technical skills+connections(I already know 80% of the group)+activeness. My mom said that's exactly what she values in the professional setting. Can I answer the question in this way during interviews? I feel like it's not the common approach since this answer does not involve any specific actions, but could potentially stand out.

Outside counsel has been prepping company witnesses for a trial in August. It is my subject area so I am supervising outside counsel. I did not, however, choose the counsel. He is doing a really awful job. Co counsel is better, but not great either. Higher ups love the firm… I do not want to micromanage, but I have genuine concerns about outside counsel’s ability to try this case. Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?

Industry imposter here…How do you show progression on your resume when your internal levels changed, but the title doesn’t indicate a promotion to the rest of the workforce. (e.g. a senior product manger to a technology strategist)…It seems like a lateral move unless you were internal and knew it was a level 7 to level 8.
