Why do H/S dual admits tend to choose S??
McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.

That’s a human being in there who has a right to shelter, you can’t just kick them out of their own living situation just because they aren’t paying you money

NYC is an unfortunate location for this, NY MA and CA , don’t be a landlord there. They cater to deadbeats.

You need to look up the landlord tenant laws in your state. What you’re trying to do is a no payment eviction.
From what I’ve heard, no. But there’s a lot of nuances to it. Depends on if subleasing is legal, if there was a contract in place, if you gave proper notice of failure to pay, etc… plus there’s the delay from going thru the courts…
Hah. No.
Congratulations! By subleasing your unit, you are now subject to all Landlord / Tenant regulations. Enjoy the eviction process in NYC!
