I long thought that I wanted to be in the finance/banking sector. I still do. But, I value work life balance more now. Unfortunately, given how conservative this sector is there isn’t much remote jobs available. Especially, for a junior like me! What other sectors would allow me to work remotely at least 70% of the time while putting my finance/banking skills to service?

Anyone have experience with Qventus? Recruiter reached out and I’ve never heard of them. Looking for insights on comp, WLB, etc.
