Advice for trying to go in house or client side? Recruiters don’t have many of these positions...

I am currently a Senior Customer Success Manager, with a background in Operations/Process and Project Management as well. Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work.
