My take on international is a couple different things. Countries based on previous British colonies share the same title work as US and US Escrow can actually do the title work in most of those places. Much easier to lend in. Otherwise.. I find funding international type projects means learning how bonds work and finding a bond person who knows what they are doing.
Bonds have a lot of fraud in them so you want to see actual closed deals. They arent cheap to register but its an easy way for international funds to fund projects in other countries. So it opens youre pool of capital.
Just a few things to ponder.
