I might have an offer from DBS for VP position. Wanted to know about hybrid policy. Is there a constraint that 9 hrs need to be clocked? Also how much package should I expect at this level , how much is the variable percentage and bonus ? Do we get stock options ? Answers to any of the above questions would help me greatly. Thanks .

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Is this recommended approach?

Hi All,

I got offer letter from mastercard with joining date as 14 nov and my LWD is 23 nov.. So i informed HR and they agreed that revised joining date will be provided as per LWD screenshot from current organization.

Now I have done follow up multiple time and they are saying they will do it and keep trust on them but not providing ETA.
