After completed i got interest in Embedded Systems
So i done 3 months offline embedded system course internship
And im in uae now,trying to get job in uae,applied so many job post through indeed and i didnt get any interview call.

I'm passionate about embedded systems,
Can i get a job with this?
Or should i drop my passion?

Do you think I should be something like Video Content Manager? A Strategist maybe? My company doesn't have career pathing & I think they'd be happy to keep giving me more work with the same pay. I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well. The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? Is anyone applying to in-house jobs and wondering how to find out salary range before investing too much time with interviews? I would like to avoid asking about salary up front but I don’t see any other way to find this information.

My dilemma… I am an injury adjuster at a carrier experiencing high inventory that’s barely manageable. A competitor offered a higher salary and manageable workload. BUT, I would like to get into underwriting. I applied for UW position w/ a different carrier and they’ve made an offer. It’s lower than my current salary and significantly lower than what I’d make by taking the first offer. Do I take the high salary and stay in claims or go for UW in hopes it will be best in long run?

How long is too long to be an intern? I've been interning for about a 1 year and half now at 4 different agencies. All extended me until I'd leave for another agency. I was told bad timing/layoffs

My YoE is 2 y 1 mo. Worked on Firmware Dev and Linux Device Driver Dev. Have good knowledge on OS Internals.
I've attended 2 TRs at Qualcomm and then HR called to say that I'm qualified and sent me a set of HR questions over mail to answer. I'm not sure how much CTC should I expect. My current CTC is 3.3 + 0.3 LPA.
Please note that I only did polytechnic/diploma and currently pursuing BCA online. Does not having a BTech lead me to lower CTC?
