I need our community perspective on what I can do to boost my career. I am a SAP Manager in ACN Tech with 14 YOE. Salary 110K+Bonus. I feel like i am underpaid and wanted to move out.
1. What are the companies/salaries I could target for Big4/MBB?
2. I am interested in FAANG but don't have matching roles. I am SAP functional manager not SAP BASIS for AWS/GCP solution arch roles. Any specific roles people from consulting can target on FAANG and Level?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

I’m getting much less than what B30 T2 are making with same experience as me. Year end discussions start next week. Is it the right forum to discuss disparity in pay? Also, my manager is fairly new (joined about a week ago). Ideally my b40 should have YE discussions with us but he won’t. Do you think new manager will do anything about my low salary?

I accepted a 95k systems engineer role in VA with KBR and is currently going thru a clearance.(MAY START DATE)
Northrop offers me 92k w/ 3k sign on which is 30 min from home in MD for an associate systems role. They also want to give me a clearance but it will start as an interim so I can work sooner than may. MY DILEMMA: Kbr states that they know I need money now so I can accept an offer with Northrop to see if I like it until may.BUT can I have 2 security clearances running at the same time?

I'm working in CITi project since 17 months, premapped ro project so, not a single I was in bench til now. In this January they retained me with 70% hike :).
YOE - 5.6 years
Skills Set :- Java, Springboot, Microservices, SQL.

What all benefits I can get from LTi in next 6 months or so ?
Like Promotion to P3 and OnSite ?

Hi Folks, I am working in infy and planning to drop paper this week. As I don't have offer in hand but 90 days NP impacting to get new job. Also my compansation is not good as per exp.
