I need some advise. I've been working a the same farm in the Hudson Valley for 7 years. I've been moving up the ranks pretty constantly, being given more responsibilities yearly and managing two programs/departments. The issue is I haven't received a raise more than 2% in the last three years, despite being given more work. I'm currently making just under $50,000. How would you go about asking for a higher salary or would you just move on?

I work heavily in AWS and am looking to learn another cloud platform. I have zero knowledge of azure and gcp and would like input on which to learn. Azure would make sense since its the second largest in terms of market share, but GCP seems far more interesting and technically challenging with things like Kubernetes and BigQuery.

After the final interview, HR reached out and said they would like to extend an offer. HR gave a ball park of 135k - 145k base with about 15k in sign-on equity and 20k annual bonus.

After a couple of days, HR person came back with with 125k base and 20k annual bonus. No sign-on equity anymore. What should I do given that these numbers seem way lower than the initial range provided? HR claimed it’s because of “market conditions”.
