Ciena – Backend Developer, ₹20 LPA (stable growth, backend-focused)
QuillBot – Frontend Developer, ₹34 LPA WFH (fast-paced, AI-focused).

I have 3 years of full stack experience (Python + React) and previously worked at Barclays. I’m stronger in backend but can learn frontend quickly.

Which is better long-term — stability with Ciena or faster growth and exposure with QuillBot? Can I move back to full stack later?

Why is Barclays the best organization to work with?

I have been hearing a lot that Barclays is one of the best organization to work for but no one is actually helping me in what terms it is better then other organization's. Can someone please share their thoughts here

I just got an offer from Morgan Stanley. The offer is indeed handsome and provides other benefits as well. The problem is I just relocated to Pune for my wife's work, we have set up our house here and now if I accept offer I again have to relocate to Bangalore because they aren't offering WFH. What should I do? I know Morgan Stanley is a very reputed firm and might make an enormous impact in my technical growth, but is it worth taking the pain of relocation again?? I am confused.

On top of this remote working ki naam pe bijli ka bill 10k per mahina aa rha hain. And the tech salaries pumping inflation in the economy. The same place which was available for a 35k is quoting 50k. I wish atleast the hike is inflation beating :/
