I noticed some job postings tonight do not even list the hiring manager or the team. That always makes me suspicious. If they cannot tell me who I would be working with I do not trust the process. What signs do you look for?

Hi all! I’m looking for some insight as I’m thinking through the possibility of moving away from John Deere. I have 18 years with John Deere, managing anything from entire vehicle programs to smaller software or hardware feature enhancements. Prior experience in quality engineering and design engineering. I have an MS and BS. Some business consulting on the side. With the new possibilities in remote work, many new doors have opened and I’m looking for new potential challenges and opportunities.
