I once had a manager who I found difficult to communicate with. I ended up constantly double-checking every message before sending it; not because it was unclear, but because I was worried about how it would be received. Over time that kind of caution became exhausting and I felt so burnt out and worried about the smallest things. Has anyone else found themselves overthinking simple communication because of the workplace culture?

How does your company manages HR or team building activities in WFH model ? is it effective in refreshing you or team culture ? Or is it just an extra overhead now ?

I feel it was a good break/refresh when at office but now it really feels just an extra overhead siting on desk pretending to have fun when you can ACTUALLY have rest/fun by just taking break for that time and instead interact with people around yourself AT Home. Feels more refreshing.
