Hope you are doing well, I need valuable suggestion on few of my queries.
I had joined KPMG(KGS) on April 2022, during the interview i have been told that i would be working on Java Backend Development as my background belongs to same technology and my interview was also happened on Java/Spring/Microservices; but they put me on Low-Code / No code Platform and its totally tool based work. Absolutely. So many talented people get filtered out because they hide their struggles instead of showing insight. Teams that value growth and reflection end up with stronger, more resilient employees.
