I overheard a conversation at work between two people, and one was talking about how they know someone outside of the company who did a productivity study that resulted in showing teams working in the office after a mandatory RTO are way less productive. As a company, I feel like we're kind of sinking since the RTO mandate, and this could really help management open their eyes to it. Would I be overstepping my line to ask this person if they could present it to management?

Hello, first post here. Outside sales, merchant services/card processing. I’m primarily a welder but I work 4 10-hour shifts typically then I try sales the last three days. I’ve done it long enough to where I’m confident and comfortable going to new businesses, establishing some rapport with business owners. But it seems like a lot of businesses see this as a waste of time, even adding services and cutting costs. I guess either I’m looking for advice or considering not doing this anymore.
