I really enjoy my job and team, but the salary isn’t competitive. I want to move to a new city (MCOL) but it will be tight on my current salary. Seeing as this is my first post-grad experience should I leave it on my resume when applying for other jobs, or no?

What's the market these days for someone with not-great technical skills, 12 YOE, TS clearance, hard-to-find/unique skillset, elite masters, middle management in DoD contracting, experience with critical/high profile roles?

I got a verbal offer from a WPP agency today. The role's budgeted salary is 5k less than my desired salary.
The recruiter can get me closer but still not at my desired salary. Otherwise - it would have to go through a long approval process with no guarantee that the salary would even be OK'd.
