The stress of this job ruined my life.

Hi Fishes, Is it possible to process h1b as cap exempt if I had worked on USA in h1b status for few months and if the visa is expired now, once I join a new employer.

As a law student interested in going into the field I’ve seen a lot of negative comments saying that only lawyers who couldn’t get into big law go into PA. Although I know most people try to get into big law initially, it is very competitive and many don’t stay past 2-3 years. You certainly don’t make as much going into PA as a lawyer but the pay is certainly not bad and the WLB is generally much better. Can anyone speak to how they got into PA and if you would rather be working in Big Law

Anyone have any worst interview stories? 100% bombed one yesterday, essentially just because I wasn't well prepared enough and I was super nervous. Knew what I wanted to say and said none of it, pretty sure I blacked out for at least some of it. Tell me I'm not the only one, (!!) or tips for self confidence are also welcome.

Currently accepted an internship at a firm for the winter and also just accepted a separate internship over the summer with a B4 firm. Should I inform the other firm that I already accepted a later internship with a B4 firm or keep it to myself until the internship is over? They are totally different positions and I wanted to have some experience with both but worry they will take it wrong.
