Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

Hello! I recently applied for a Travel Procurement Senior Manager role at PwC (role is in NYC and I’m not NYC-based but I believe certain roles can be primarily remote). I have 5+ years of experience in this field and the description/company culture seem like a perfect match to what I’m looking for. Are there any fish from PwC and/or their talent acquisition team that can provide a reference post-submission and insight on the hiring process? Thanks!!

Find someone that works for Apple and ask them to refer/advocate for you.
This will typically only get you a 1st interview, not the position. Unless of course the advocate is the store leader, or MAYBE a senior manager.
Since you’ve already interviewed a few times, I’m sure your familiar with the behavioral type questions that get asked during the interviews.
Familiarize yourself with the STAR method, think of 5-6 of the most impactful work related stories you have, and work on adjusting the stories on the fly depending on what questions get asked.
That, with a good dose of friendly attitude, and some luck, will surely do the trick.
Coming from someone who’s literally had dozens of interviews with Apple at the retail level for a number of different roles!
