I recently had to pull my 401k from a firm linked account (my previous employer) and had to shift the funds to fidelity Traditional IRA account to be compliant with PwC independence. Everything is cash and looking for some investment suggestions. Not a big amount $20k and am 31 M. Open to medium to High risk options as this is for a very long term. I am a little concerned about market’s downturn and having have to invest at this point when market is all time high. Thank you!

Back in May 2021, I rented a property that had sustained damage during the big snow storm. This wasn't disclosed at lease signing. The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs. Have 50k in a checking account at a local bank getting no returns.
