Irrespective of what anyone says, I regret joining this organisation and so do a lot of folks who joined with me.
All this hike percentage etc doesn't matter. I will try to do a year and leave asap.
The only thing that's holding me from leaving now is I don't want to explain to my future employers why I did just 4 months here.
They want to increase headcount on order from Australian bosses.
Now the thing is getting a resource in a particular demanding skill is not easy .
The solution here is hire people from an entirely different tech stack and then pressurize them to work on the tech stack which the company wants.
They are removing vendor resources from HCL, TCS with 10 years of experience in a technology with a newbie they hired for an entirely different technology.

Completely agree here. They are just dancing on the order of Australian bosses, People working in Sydney are afraid that their job might move to India and get fired so there is always a tough of war and they don't let you own anything and will escalate simple matters to show Indian team is not compitent
