Yes, if you have enough travel in the last 6mo within Accenture and you are in NA and mgr or above before your annual fee renews.

Then you would have to pay the annual fee out of pocket if you want to keep platinum (can’t see why you’d want to do that though?)
I would assume your old card was cancelled and a new one would be issued, so I’d also assume that would trigger an annual fee. Perhaps if your spend is very high AMEX would waive the fee but it’s more likely they’d refund a prorated amount of the fee on the prior card than just waive it for the new one
I pay out of pocket for Platinum. The card doesn't cost anything if you count what I would have spent on the perks.
The Delta lounge access alone pays for the card as I use it 2-6x a week. It is basically my office.
Two things:
1. Corporate Amex sucks, get the Personal
2. Amex will prorate your fee on the old card if you call them and explain
