Also it's very easy to get called for Amazon interview .. These days...or there are many calls ,company are willing to pay handsomely for sde 3/4 positions or tech lead role .
However i have always been a slow programmer ,means i can code implement anything which i do anyways in my office work ..but I can't code very fast and hence not performing good in these tech interviews of Amazon / Microsoft..How to help this?

I have been offered in Bangalore but moving there is little tricky with growing kids and family. How long WFH is going to go and how is the growth ladder provided I take this opportunity and switch and wait for things to happen. How much does a project manager travel and how will this role help?. Please help

I applied for a job at a well-known healthcare company a couple of months ago. I had a number of remote interviews and then they asked me to fly out for a final round of in-person interviews. Later that week they told me that they were going to be making an offer. Another week has gone by and still no offer. They said they are still working on it. Is this the new norm for recruiting? I have other offers and can't keep waiting for these foot draggers.
