I resigned yesterday as I have a few good offers in hand, and I’m getting near to 70% hike with 5.5 years experience in SAP SD domain.
While I talked to my manager on resignation he informed that this is going to be temporary and the company I’m going to join is going to normalise my salary without giving proper hikes for coming years. Is it true?
