Sorry for the long rant, but could use advice or just encouragement.

Got laid off for the first time in my career 3 weeks ago. I have 10 years of PM experience (mostly ecommerce & experimentation). I was fortunate in the past to have had recruiters scout me directly so this is the first time in over a decade that I am applying to everything that I’m qualified for, mostly qualified for, and way over qualified for with zero leads. Only 3 interviews thus far that didn’t go forward.

Hi...One of my friend is joining in Kpmg GDS after having an experience of 9 years in Audit...what would be the expected salary in Kpmg..?

Has anyone who's worked in HR, Finance, or another role with visibility to compensation information been able to use that as leverage for salary negotiations?

To put it bluntly, I know certain people with less experience and a lower performance rating are getting paid more than me due to my role working with payroll data. I suspect this was due to the fact that I did not counter offer when I accepted this role, which was a few months ago, and now I regret it.

DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good?
