What are the roles that you are applying to? If you are applying to higher positions to match your pharmacy degree that could be why you're having trouble. It depends on what you are exactly trying to do, but for major sects of clinical research, experience is more valued than education credentials. So if you're not already, maybe you should be applying to roles that are more entry level so you can build up working experience. Then after some experience + pharmacist credentials, you can secure those higher positions.
In addition to suggestions from Associate Research Assistant 1, I also suggest you look at positions at CROs (Contract Research Organizations) such as IQVIA, LabCorp, Icon, if you haven’t already, to obtain more experience before applying directly to a pharmaceutical or biotech company. Those types of companies are more likely to hire highly skilled yet entry level people.
