I spoke with my landlord company via email about leaving my lease early due to them not fixing the security gate in September. They agreed to let me out of my lease and now they’re saying I need to sign paperwork saying I won’t sue them, but they won’t give me my pet fee back. Remind you that I have only been here 6 months, and the gate has been broken since the start of my lease. There have been no efforts made to fix it. Please help me.

Hi Fishes, I need your advice!

I joined CG 6 months back and was on training for 3-4 months for Dynamics CRM, completing multiple MS certifications. Post that I was mapped to an account for the project & was under shadow.

After shadow completed it seems like there's no project openings in the account for which I was selected. And now management wants me to go for other certs.

Please help me know whom can I approach & ask for project openings/tagging. I'm worried as it's already been 6 months!
