I started at Amazon earlier this year but looks like I won’t be eligible for annual pay review because I missed the cut off by 2 weeks. Is there any point in asking my manager to review my compensation anyway or is Amazon quite strict with the cut offs? I am happy with my pay but it does mean my pay review will now be setback by almost 2 years after joining
