I suspect my patients other nurse is stealing time, like 3-4 hrs a shift time. Its unethical and affects patient care. Scheduling thinks hours family request are being worked, but they aren't. Family aware of nurse arrival time, but not of nurse being deceiving on time sheet. I don't want this nurse fired, just be honest so my patient can get coverage needed. Hesitant to speak up due to retaliation/ target on back as this nurse use to hold higher position, demoted due to not doing job.

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.

Anyone have any idea when the hiring freeze might end within AWS ProServ? I’m currently at Amazon and have a TS clearance, PMP & CSM.
