I switched from an HSA to an FSA but I still have a balance in my HSA. It is now being assessed a $4 maintenance fee. What is my best option here? Should I just try to spend it on eligible items?

So, some of my co-workers simply said that they want to go ahead and start something or start looking elsewhere (career change) because they don't know how much it will last at the pace we are going in regards to case intake and pay out. Under contract for nearly 1.1M. Wife and I are at HHI $315k. Will go up in the future, $400k in 3 years and $500k possible in 5-7 years.
