Those paid results you see at the top of a Google search. Companies pay a small amount per click they get
tl;dr This works, albeit only at a small scale.
We charge anywhere from a few cents to $50-$60 per clock to the company wanting to show their ad, based on the industry and country. Do this a few times and it could cost the company couple hundred bucks.
Algorithm would however detect a large amount of clicks coming from the same device, flag them as fraudulent, and company won't be charged.
Use incognito mode and switch between VPN locations.
