I have a weird question
I have given interviews in JPMorgan Chase for developer role and got the offer which is gud but interviews were not as tough as one might have expected from a reputed firm like jpmc.
Had 1 tech,1 tech-Manager round , Hire view test which was quite easy and an hr round.
Am a little worried about the standard of project and the team. I have offer from CIB Payments team. Checked with hiring manager and he said d role is for developer. Just worried abt quality of work
I was interviewed at EY UK on 7th Sep. It was quite smooth. Since then I haven't heard anything back from them though interviewer claimed SLA to get back with outcome of interview is 48 hours. On portal it still says I'm in hiring team phase. It was level 1 interview.
Should I take this delay as rejection?
I had given interview with google almost 1 month back and 2 weeks later got a mail to collect some information about me like college grades, promotions in past , references in google etc. I have not heard back after that and hr is also not responding. Any guidance if I will hear back at all or shall I stop waiting?Google

I think it is a tough job market and you should try to see if you can find a way to thrive where you are.
Be proactive, talk to you coach or peer advisor, other coworkers and see if there is something that can happen to align your work with what you were expecting.
Might not happen right away but change has to start somewhere.
How long have you been in your current role? If it hasn't been that long, I would just leave it off your resume. A gap is easier to explain than why you are leaving a job so soon after being hired.
A succinct short version of the truth is usually the best, assuming you can frame it in a positive growth oriented way. If you took a job in tax, but now are pivoting to internal audit or some other field, communicate in a positive way something you can take away from your current experience but realized audit was your thing. You didn’t say what kind of job you are pivoting to so it is hard to come up with a distinct talking point.
Are you entry level/first year? Do you have a supervisor or mentor you can talk to? If it’s only been a few months into the first year, it might be worth talking to someone first internally because you might be in a place where you just haven’t had the exposure yet.
