Definitely. It’s for a safety. For the driver, other vehicles on the street as well. If the driver doesn’t get a warning this time, he’ll do it again and also under maintain other parts too. It’s a mentality that we better help each other
Did you talk to driver about it? Did he say it was a new issue? If it feels chronic definitely complain as it is a safety issue but do give some grace to the driver if he stepped out several times in the pouring rain to try fix it
