I took and passed the CISSP during the initial 3 years in of my Sec+. Is it even worth paying the $150 to CompTIA to renew my membership? I know the CISSP covers it from a CE perspective, but not $$$

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it.
