Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

What’s the payback period?
I can let this linger until 2043. I just opened the line of credit in December 2023.

You can calculate the potential tax implications fairly easily. Plus you wouldn’t owe that tax amount until April 2025 (or whenever you file your 2024 taxes, could be February or March).
You could pretty easily calculate the amount of interest you would pay over the next year or two (or however long it would take to pay off the balance via “normal” means) vs the tax implication of selling your company stock.

If you hate the idea of paying interest, maybe you take 1/2 or 1/4 out and pay it down now to reduce the principal a bit.
But seems like capital gains would be more than interest saved on the total amount.
Why sell stock? Just use the cash flow from the property to pay down the line of credit.
