I'll be honest, I don't think the language you use in the follow ups matters one way or another. It all comes down to timing. If the prospect is in a position to move forward and sees your name in their inbox, it'll jog their memory and get them to respond. If they're busy with something else or not ready yet, they won't. The subject line or content of the email isn't going to make a difference because it doesn't change the reality of their situation.
