Can I lead it back to one issue that’s making me like that, or is it just a lot of issues pooling in? When it is the latter, that’s when I try to step back and take a break. If it’s just one issue, I focus on that first and then figure out the rest.
I tend to lump everything together, so breaking it down like that might help me stop spiralling.
It's just a matter of getting used to working under stress. If you find yourself slipping and acting unprofessionally, take a beat, take a deep breath, and get it together. You are absolutely right about grace under pressure. Sounds basic but very hard in practice
We all have off days, bad days after bad nights sleep, but I suppose it's consistency. How long it hapens for, is it more than once a week? Is it everyday?
Seems to be almost every other day at the moment 😕
This is going to sound really weird but I know when I’ve been extra stressed because my eyes start twitching and I start to grow grey hairs from my head… I don’t know if they’re related at all but I usually take that as a sign to relax more and take time for myself
