I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. Leaving at 5 PM is the goal, but ignoring the incentivization structure is a blind spot. Companies don't install game rooms for 'fun'; they do it because it’s a high-ROI way to keep the workforce tethered. I’d rather have the 10% on my base than a 'fun' environment that exists solely to blur the lines between life and labor.
