Try reaching back to your old B4 but if that doesn’t pan out try another B4. The nice thing about B4s is at least you have the option to work for multiple projects and thus avoid the toxic people in smaller companies.

If you left on good terms, best to return vs. rolling the dice like you did with A&M
All firms have pockets of idiots
That’s true. Appreciate the honest answer

Jesus A&M someone needs to control your new hires lol 😂

Wait someone else from A&M just posted the same thing like an hour ago. Or are you the same person?
Bonuses must have been bad this year
Big 4 can be toxic too
That’s fair!
Why do you think Big4 may not have toxic people? I am part of Big 4 and I am sick of toxic project leadership.
Ya lol what big4 FDD is a sweet shop A&M is just sweatier but they mop it up with dollar bills 🤣
Hey, would you mind elaborating? I think you can get back to Big Four strategy out of A&M. No need to settle for FDD.
Also, at director/partner level, it makes sense and probably easier to sell expensive boring ass long-term implementation projects to hit your targets compared to putting much effort and selling a bunch of short strategy projects
It depends on the circumstances when you left. It is extremely common at EY for people to come back after leaving.
Oh that’s helpful! I left on good terms. I could reach out to my former team.
Are you in the US?
Depending on firm, they may not take you back because of headcount issues

Hours 45-50 hrs a week.
Though more like mid 30s now.
But be aware they aren't recruiting as much anymore
