I was a former JPMC relationship banker employee from 09/2022-03/2023. I was terminated due to not passing my Finra Series 63. I went ahead and reapplied for the RB role again on 04/2024 as I passed my Series 63.

My recruiter escalated the situation to get my application approved but I'm still getting denied for rehire. I send a HR inquiry request to see why I'm not eligible. I'm in the final steps of getting an offer letter from my recruiter. Is there anything I can do at this point?

I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.

Recruitment can’t tell me what feedback is creating this gap but also won’t stop mentioning the positive praise and feedback the team had for me.

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
