I was being interviewed at Persistent System, interview went really good ( it included coding as well which was done correctly). Interviewer was really impressed and told HR will get back with next steps. But I got Rejection email. I read more experiences from other candidates, persistent most of the time have internal candidate already selected and they just conduct interviews for numbers.
